Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Honey Mustard Glaze


Ingredients:

1 Cup Prepared Honey Mustard (the condiment)
1/2 Cup Honey
2 tsp. Big L's Honey Mustard Seasoning (Hot or Original)
2 tsp. Big L's Spicy BBQ Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
2-3 Dashes of Hot Sauce (Optional)


Method:
  • Mix all ingredients needed for the Honey Mustard Glaze & set aside.
  • Place cleaned pork chops on a baking sheet and pat dry. This will allow the spices to adhere evenly.
  • Sprinkle the dry pork chops generously with Big L's Hot Honey Mustard or Original Honey Mustard Seasoning.  Add salt to taste. 
  • Allow pork chops to marinate 30 minutes-1 hour.
  • Cook on grill, skillet or in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  • Brush or spoon the previously prepared Honey Mustard Glaze onto both sides of the meat and remove from heat.
  • Allow cooked pork chops to rest `10 minutes before cutting to seal in the internal moisture of the meat.
  • Enjoy!
